I'm Robert Shapiro, a professional emcee and event host based in New York with 38 years of experience bringing energy, authenticity, and rock- solid reliability to events across entertainment, tech, real estate, and the nonprofit sector .

I work with organizations planning corporate conferences , charity galas , fundraising events , government programs, and industry gatherings where keeping people engaged and the schedule on track actually matters. I've emceed for brands  like MasterCard and TD Ameritrade, worked with Supermodel Christie Brinkley, folk icon Joan Baez and actress Katie Lowes, and spent years as  the original on-field host for the Long Island Ducks  Baseball Team as well as the announcer for the Long Island Rough Riders  Soccer Team.

What makes  me different? I think fast on my feet and adapt in real time. I've been a real estate appraiser for over 25 years , which means  I bring genuine credibility and fluency to real estate conferences —not just a script. I take a real interest in your speakers and your message, so that my introductions  aren't just words  on a page;  they set the stage and bring ideas  to life. I become what my clients  need me to become, and it's not an act—it's just who I am.

I also consider myself a techie.  My last 2 home PC computers?  I built them both!  When things need to be tested by a "guinea pig" at my government job, I'm the person the folks in the IT department call.
